LANDA is an independent, director-led project and development management consultancy. Our two directors bring complementary experience in development strategy, construction project leadership, architecture and commercial management.
We offer the responsiveness of a boutique practice alongside the practical judgement developed through complex residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in the UK and internationally.

James has 18 years’ experience in the construction and property industry. His more recent work focuses on project and development management across high-end residential, mixed-use and commercial projects. An RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor, he also brings substantial commercial experience from boutique consultancies, Tier 1 contractors and specialist subcontractors, with work across London, Sydney, South West England and South Wales.
Georgia has 16 years’ experience in project and development management, with a background in architecture. Her experience includes major retail centres, high-end residential developments, large-scale commercial offices and mixed-use schemes. She combines design understanding with structured, collaborative project leadership.
LANDA also draws on experienced specialist support when required. Architectural, engineering, planning, conservation and other specialist professional services are coordinated through appropriately appointed advisers.
